The JaM Space is a dance studio based in the Washington, DC Metro Area providing top quality dance training and performance opportunities. Co-directed by Mark Orsborn (The JaM Project) and Jen Ray (Dancinema), we believe in "JaMily" and the importance of a supportive environment that honors each student holistically and fosters a healthy culture for socioemotional development in addition to top tier dance training.

 

Since 2015, Mark and Jen have collaborated on educational programs such as The JaM Youth Project. The JaM Space is a new home for this program in addition to other offerings launching this Fall 2024. 

 

The JaM Space is not like other dance studios – in fact, we strive to be an alternative experience and common space for all JaMily regardless of wherever else they may train. 

 

The JaM Space provides the opportunity to supplement your other training or be your main source for it outside of a studio model centered on competitive dance.
